Handmade soap, produced using the “cold” technique from plant oils, mainly peanut oil, and the exotic tucuma butter. It also contains avocado oil and aloe vera gel. Plant oils, rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids moisturise and nourish the skin. Amazonian tucuma butter nourishes, fosters healing and regeneration of skin and makes it more flexible. The aloe vera gel soothes irritations, alleviates allergic reactions and stimulates the production of collagen. Avocado oil, rich in vitamins, regenerates the natural protective skin layer. The soap contains refreshing lemon, lime and tangerine oils, as well as sandalwood, ylang-ylang, cinnamon and patchouli oils, which relax the mind and body. The product is recommended for all skin types, especially dry and irritated.
NATURAL SOAP WITH TUCUMA BUTTER
Aloe Leaf Juice
Used in the food and beauty industry, especially in the Canary Islands, where it’s the main ingredient of their cosmetics. Extracted from the leaf pulp, aloe leaf juice is a source of many precious substances. The name itself sounds soothing. The moisturizing and calming properties of aloe leaf juice have been known for centuries. Aloe contains mineral substances and vitamins A, C, and B, as well as glycoproteins, polysaccharides that create mucilage, antranoids, and aminoacids. In cosmetics, aloe acts primarily as an enhancer of the protective barrier of the epidermis, a supporter of the skin’s healing processes, and as a softening, screening, and dryness-preventing agent. It is a powerfully concentrated “gel serum.”
Avocado Seed Oil
This oil is especially appreciated in cosmetics due to its versatility. It boosts the skin’s flexibility and prevents premature wrinkles, while smoothing, regenerating, and protecting the skin from adverse external factors. Avocado oil provides the skin with fatty acids, one of the building blocks of cell membranes. Recommended for dry, mature, and sensitive skin.
Tucuma butter is obtained from the fruit of a wild-growing palm tree. It contains fatty acids (such as lauric, myristic, and linolenic) that have softening, moisturizing, and regenerative qualities, and help rebuild skin's hydrolipidic film. Tucuma butter also contains high volumes of vitamins A and E that act as antioxidants, regulate keratinization, and help prevent scaling. It protects, moisturizes, and gives flexibility to the skin. Recommended for dry and mature skin, and in after-sun care.
